An original Flex Metal Doctor Who Dalek Helium Balloon from the 1990s.

Made in the 1990s by a company called Flex Metal.

It has never been inflated, but given the age of the item I would advise against doing so, also there is no guarantee it would inflate.

The Dalek balloon measures about 68cm tall and 54 wide uninflated.

It is in a good folded condition with some wear.
